Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any software provided by Heretical ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our software.

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our software for the duration of your active subscription. This license is:

  • Subscription-based — access is granted for the purchased period only
  • Non-transferable — your license may not be shared, sold, or assigned to another person
  • Single-user — one active session per account at any time

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the software or your account credentials
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Share your account with others or allow unauthorized access
  • Use the software to disrupt, harass, or harm other users
  • Attempt to circumvent license restrictions or subscription enforcement

Payment Terms

Subscriptions are available at the following rates:

  • 1 Day — $3.00 USD
  • 7 Days — $8.00 USD
  • 30 Days — $15.00 USD

All payments are processed through our third-party payment provider. Delivery is instant upon successful payment. Prices are subject to change; existing subscriptions are honored at the rate paid.

Limitation of Liability

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from your use of the software, including but not limited to account actions taken by game publishers. Use at your own risk.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your access to the software will be revoked immediately. Refunds for terminated accounts are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of significant changes via Discord.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
